There will be no chorus this semester, as Mrs. Arenal will be out for maternity leave in February. We will resume in August 2022.

Survivor Field Day 2022

Field Day will be here before we know it, so mark your calendars for March 11, 2022. If you would like to be a part of Field Day, we will need a lot of volunteers to help run our stations and make this day a success!

Be on the lookout for volunteer forms. Please remember that you must be an approved volunteer to be able to assist us on this fun day. If you have not completed the volunteer application online, now is the time. You can access the volunteer application by going to

The state requires a teacher ​to take courses towards English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) endorsement, when the teacher is in primary language arts provider and/or reading teacher for an ESOL scholar. Weekly School Messenger Calls/Messages

If you receive calls from (844)400-9765 these calls are School Messenger messages from Cotee River Elementary and/or Pasco County Schools. Please be sure to listen to the important information being shared with parents regarding school events an weekly reminders. Please let the office know if your phone number has changed.

CRES Clothing Closet

If your family is in need of any clothing items, we invite you to contact Mrs. Miller or Ms. O'Brien to set up a time during the school day to come in and get what you need. In the event transportation and/or timing is an issue, we have created a form which can be sent home upon request (please call the front office). When we receive the request form, we will call your child/children down to pick out the items requested and send them home in their backpack.

Campus Clean Up 2/22/22 4:30-6:30 pm

Looking for families that like working in the yard. CRES is having our Campus Clean Up on Tuesday, 2/22/22 from 4:30-6:30 pm. Bring your rakes, shovels, clippers and gloves and help CRES Earth Patrol make our campus beautiful. We will be serving pizza and drinks at 6:00 pm in the Cafe. Cotee River Elementary Read-a-Thon 2/25/22 - 3/11/22

CRES is having our annual Read-a-Thon fundraiser that not only supports our school, but also supports each scholar's personal reading development goal. This fundraiser will be supporting teachers and classroom needs such as scholar incentives, books and learning materials. On March 11th you will be invited to read with your scholar for 60 minutes so please watch for the time your child's class will be reading. Awards & Giveback: Top class for each grade level will receive 10% give back to the classroom based on what is collected. Top scholar for each classroom will receive $25.00 towards a Scholastic Book order. The top two schoolwide scholars will receive a "Fire 7 with Alexa" tablet. Watch for more information to follow...
