Andrew Jackson felt that the national bank was unconstitutional but the bank helped stabilize the national money. Jackson used the veto power to get rid of the national bank.

President Jackson signed the Indian Removal Act which was a treaty to relocate the Indian tribe (Cherokee) out of Georgia. 4,000 Cherokee people died of cold, hunger, and disease

Jackson abused his power during his presidency. He used the veto power more than any other president before him. Andrew Jackson didn't care about the constitution.
