Math, Science, Social Studies

December 14th - 18th

Dates to Remember:

**Please return the permission slip TOMORROW if your child can participate in the 6th grade science fair experiment. (Documents were sent home last week) Students will take a trip over to middle school on Wednesday to taste vanilla pudding / vanilla icing. ONLY those who have signed permission slips will be able to participate.


Monday- Seasonal Celebration project due!

Tuesday- Field Trip to Christmas in Neverland 8am!

Thursday - Christmas Program. Children should come to their classroom at 5:30 in dressy Christmas clothes.

Friday - Class Party - Christmas Pajama Day! Polar Express Movie, Noon Dismissal with carpool beginning at 11:50am


Tests Schedule:

Chapter 10 Math: Wednesday

Science: Class activity / participation grade

Social Studies: Class activity / participation grade

Homework Packet

Due on or before Friday, December 18th

Packet includes:

  • Math: 10.3 -10.6
  • Science: Read FUN facts about Caribou

Math

We will finish Math's Chapter 10 on Tuesday. Please review the Quick Checks that went home last week as these are example test questions. (Paper with red trim)


We will end the week with Reindeer math games on addition and subtraction skills and word problems. We will be working on Reindeer portraits and a craft as well.
