Family Empowerment Nights
Parents and students enjoyed
visiting with teachers this past week. Parents were
able to gain valuable information about their
student's classes and perform tasks assigned
by teachers during their visit. Look for additional
Empowerment Night dates in the Spring.
Mr. Christofer Sanchez Avila and his Mom,
Mrs. Keila Avila, perform a science task together
during 8th Grade Family Empowerment Night.

Having Fun At Smokey Road
Mr. PJ (Patrick) Owens jokes he is so stressed
from studying and football practice,
that he needs a spa day!
Student-Leaders At SRMS
I walked into the media center needing
to see SRMS' Media Specialist, Mrs. Smith.
However, Miss Jada Reese and Miss Isabella Vansant
were able to help me with what I needed!
