The Michael A DeMayo Arrive Alive Scholarship: 2023
Eligibility: Must be a current high school senior who attends school and lives in the following counties: York, Chester, Union, Cherokee, Lancaster, Chesterfield, Marlboro and Dillon. Students must have been accepted for a full-time enrollment or planning to pursue a degree at an accredited four-year college or university. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and submit SAT/ACT scores. Must complete essay, brochure or TikTok that encourages fellow teens to abstain from underage drinking and driving, and distracted driving.

2022-23 Dallas Hirst Lumpkin Scholarship
Eligibility: 1. be a graduating senior from a Rock Hill, S.C. public high school planning to attend an accredited four-year college or university. 2. Show financial need. 3. A solid scholastic record: B average and/or upper 25% of the class. 4. possess qualities of leadership, character, and a genuine concern for others. 5. American Legion National Oratorical Contest
Eligibility: The National High School Oratorical Contest is open to junior high and high school students who are under the age of 20 and citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States. You must prepare an oration on some aspect of the U.S. Constitution, with some emphasis on the duties and obligations of citizens to our government. The SC Teacher Loan Program was established by the State of South Carolina to help talented and qualified students become teachers. Students can borrow up to $2,500 per year in their freshman and sophomore years and $5,000 per year in their junior and senior years. The loan is 100% forgivable if the recipient teaches in certain critical geographic or subject areas in South Carolina. Eligibility: Currently enrolled in a public or private school in York County. TCGC College Scholarship: The Tri-County Golf Club Foundation
Eligibility: Must have a permanent residency, and must attend one of the three high schools in South Carolina: Chester, Lancaster or York County. Must type an essay (300-500 words), two letters of recommendation which one needs to be from a school official, at least a 3.0 GPA, official transcript, an acceptance letter to the university or college you will attend, documented proof of community service hours (at least 40).
