WHAT IS HEALTHY EATING
Eating healthy means eating a variety of foods from the four food groups(vegetables and fruits, grain products,milk and alternatives and meat and alternatives) to feel good and maintain your health. Eating well along with being active can lower your risk of disease and help you maintain a healthy weight.
What are some ways to be healthy
WHAT ARE SOMETHINGS THAT YOU NEED TO BE HEALTHY
Calories
SEDENTARY: Don't do much activities, most of the time you just sit in front of your computer or Video game and only does a little amount of physics activities.
LOW ACTIVITY: Your typical daily routine only involves some physical activities such as walking to you bus or shovelling the snow.
ACTIVE: Your typical daily tasks involve some physical activities and you at least get 2 1/2 hours of moderate-to vigorous- intensity aerobic physical activities each week. Moderate- to vigorous- intensity physical activity makes you breath harder and you heart beat faster.
