WHAT IS HEALTHY EATING

Eating healthy means eating a variety of foods from the four food groups(vegetables and fruits, grain products,milk and alternatives and meat and alternatives) to feel good and maintain your health. Eating well along with being active can lower your risk of disease and help you maintain a healthy weight.

What are some ways to be healthy

Someways I can be healthy are by eating healthy meals by making a nice healthy lunch or after school snacks. Something else that I can do to be more healthy is by doing more physical activities, Kids and youth need 60 minutes of physical activities per day every week. Another things that I can do to be more healthy is to get enough to sleep each night, kids aged 12-18 need 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Theses are three ways I can keep my body and healthy.

WHAT ARE SOMETHINGS THAT YOU NEED TO BE HEALTHY

Somethings that you need to keep you body healthy are calories, protein and physical activities.

What are somethings that I am currently doing that is healthy more me?

Somethings that I am currently doing which is healthy are walking to and from school everyday, eating at least a minimum amount of food from each food group, playing at recess like running around and also playing badminton after schools.

What do I need to add to myself to make me healthier?

Somethings that I can add to myself to be healthier is to eat more vegetables and fruits, do more after school activities such as soccer,basketball and/or even swimming and I can also drink plenty of Water because water is the best way to keep you body healthy and I can also go to bed early and get enough sleep so that I can pay more attention in class the next day.
