Water is a part of every single cell in your body. You need water for chemical reactions, transpiration, cushioning and moisturizing, waste removal, breathing, and so much more! You especially need water to stay hydrated so you can carry on with you everyday life!

The average amount of water you need to drink, is around 8 to 12 cups. To figure out how many ounces you need, follow this simple equation.
