Creating and Modifying Reservations

We are aware that TAG is currently experiencing technical challenges with creating and modifying reservations. This issue has been reported; there is no ETA as to when it will be resolved.

What does this mean to me?

If you receive an error message while trying to create or modify a DME reservation, please:

  • Take screenshots and send them to DVC Member Services Systems Support Team
  • Apologize for the inconvenience and ask the Member to call back at a later time
  • Assist the Member with any other requests
