Colds, flus and viruses are upon us

With the beginning of cold and flu season upon us, comes the circulation of other viruses that are present in our community, like hand, foot and mouth. To keep you and your student healthy, please remember these fundamental health practices:

  • Washing hands often with soap and water. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean hands.

  • Cleaning frequently touched surfaces at home.

  • Avoiding close contact or sharing utensils or cups

  • If your student is sick, keep them home.

COVID testing is still available at our District Office or you can request a test kit from the school office.
