Farewell, WRJH
Good Evening, WRJH Students and Families,
As we wrap up another school year, I wanted to take a brief moment to thank you. I have had the pleasure of working with the students and families of WRJH since I came to Reynoldsburg City Schools in 2015, and I must say that I have had a wonderful experience here!! I have so much pride in the students that I have seen pass through WRJH in my time here, and I am excited for the future that awaits all of them.
I want to especially thank the parents, guardians, family members, and community members who have provided unwavering support not only of our students, but of the faculty and staff who have called this building "home." The partnership between school, home and community is critical for the academic success of students, and your support how allowed our students to flourish!
To my students, I have learned so much from you! From you I have learned how to be a leader, how to take risks, how to laugh, how to be compassionate, how to have fun, how to be flexible, and how to be my authentic self. I will take all of these lessons with me as I continue my journey. I am excited in knowing that this is not the last time that we will see each other! I look forward to greeting you at The 9X Impact next school year and in the years to come. I will be waiting to hear about your time at WRJH -- your successes, relationships you've cultivated, new and exciting coursework you've completed, and how you feel more than prepared to begin your high school career!!
Winne the Pooh (yes, Winnie the Pooh) said, “How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.” I am so fortunate to have worked in a place where I have so many people that make this goodbye so tough. Lucky for me, though, that I have so many wonderful memories to carry with me.
Have a fantastic summer!!!

Hello WRJH Families!!
As you may know, Waggoner Road JH is a Title I funded school. This means that WRJH receives supplemental federal Title I funds to assist in meeting students' educational goals.
We have implemented some new Title I programming this year and would like your feedback to assist us with planning for next school year. Please take a few minutes to complete the attached Title I Parent Survey below. If you have any questions, please contact the Main Office at 614-501-5700.

Attendance Policies/Information
In compliance with the Ohio General Assembly and House Bill 410, absences are no longer counted as how many days missed, but by how many hours of school missed. Therefore, if a student misses 38 or more hours within a given month, or 65 or more hours within the year, excused or unexcused, we are required to send a letter to notify you of the hours missed. Our notification is not a judgment on the reason for the absence, simply the application of the law. Our team – including your child’s teachers, social worker and building administrators – is here to partner with you on your child’s educational journey.
Please remember that you must report school absences for EACH DAY that your child is absent by contacting Mrs. Bobbi Butler at bbutler@reyn.org or calling 614-501-5700.
