The meaning of respect
value each others point of view and/ treating others how you would want to be treated.
The meaning of disrespect
seeing kids at a young age cursing at teachers, at classmates, or anybody in particular makes the parents look as if they tolerate their children to curse when and where ever they like.

Based on some experiences that people have witness in observing younger generations definitely lack respect by judging people on their society status. And today is never "good morning" or "how was your day". Instead its a bunch of insults and name calling.
Why respect is important?
Its important because it shows value for others, especially in a discussion because its prevents a bad future for you as a adult and this would be where discipline comes in it shows who your talking to that you can hold a descent conversation without being insulting.
