Let's make ornaments together!
Below is a video Carolina and I made you doing one of our family traditions- Making Gingerbread Ornaments! These ornaments are made from cinnamon and applesauce and they smell for YEARS!
If you want to join us, these are the supplies you will need:
- 2 cups cinnamon
- 1 cup of applesauce
- mixing spoon
- parchment paper
- cookie sheet
- cookie cutters
- mixing bowl
- preheated oven to 200 degrees
- TIME: these will bake for 2.5 hours
- OPTIONAL: Puffy paint! to decorate afterwards
- 1 straw (for punching hole)
- ribbon/string for hanging
