High School Varsity Football Game
At this game, our outstanding high school Technology, Social Studies, and Theology teachers will be honored at the start of the pre-game show.
Additionally, we will be kicking off Breast Cancer Awareness Month at this game. At the end of our pre-game show, we would like to recognize all the courageous people who have survived the disease, currently have Cancer, or are battling along side with a loved one. Everyone impacted by cancer will be invited to join us on the sideline to walk with the captains onto the field for the coin toss.
Everyone attending the game is encouraged to wear the "In this Family no one Fights Alone" t-shirt, a pink colored t-shirt, or their "Annette's Angels" t-shirt.
Intramural Night at the Reicher Varsity Football Game
Cheer Camp - September 30 - October 3
Time, Talent and Treasure Program
Parents can "buy out" of the Time, Talent and Treasure Program by pay $250 by October 1. The Time, Talent and Treasure Program is not a fundraiser. This program is to encourage parents to be involved and engaged with the school their children attend. It makes a significant difference to a school and students when parents are involved.
If you are interested in learning how you can volunteer at our school and earn Time, Talent, and Treasure points, upcoming volunteer opportunities are posted on St. Louis' website. Use the following link:
www.stlouiswaco.org/volunteer-opportunities
For example, volunteers are needed to help with Catholic Schools Week (January 26-February 1). Since Catholic Schools week is a big event for our school and community, there are a number of ways you can volunteer to ensure that this event is a great experience for our students and community.
St. Louis Penny War
Pennies are "positive." Here is how it works:
- Containers will be located in each classroom
- Each penny counts as a positive point for your child's classroom
- Each silver coin counts as negative points for OTHER classrooms. In other words, dropping a quarter in another classroom's bucket takes 25 points from their total
- At the end of the day on October 29, all change/points will be tallied and the classroom with the most points will win a pizza party for October 31.
Start having your child save change--it can make a big difference.
