The organization founded by Dr. and Mrs. David Alessi, the Face Forward, has an upcoming big event on September 28, 2013. This is called the GATSBY AFFAIR, and will be held at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel and Bungalows. This lavish event will be hosted by Eliza Roberts and Eric Roberts.

The Face Forward is a non-profit organization founded in 2007 by Deborah Alessi with support from her plastic surgeon husband, Dr. David Alessi. The main goal of the organization is to help women and children victims of domestic violence who get deeply scarred, bruised, and disfigured as a result. The Alessis believe that domestic violence is a serious issue in our society and should be addressed by each and everyone of us.

The funds of the organization come only from donations of concerned individuals and organizations and the events and galas held every year. For this year, the Gala will be held on the 28th of September and the tickets are all ready to be sold at various price ranges. A ticket for a table of 10 guests costs $3,500 while a ticket which supports the reconstruction and aftercare of 10 patients is priced at $50,000.

The organization is eyeing to raise a big amount of money because of a great number of women and children who obviously need help after they’ve been severely beaten and got broken faces, cuts, damages inside and around the eyes, mouths and other parts of their bodies. This gala is for a noble cause and the tickets purchased will ensure the sponsors a night of fun and entertainment, good food, drinks and many more.

The Alessis and all the members of the organization, are reaching out to their connections in all sectors, the entrepreneurs, doctors, politicians, lawyers, plastic surgeons, and other professionals to request for fund that will support their cause. Everybody, even the volunteers has been working for the success of this most awaited affair by the Face Forward.
