Dear Families,

Howdy! My name is Miss Titus and I am going to be student teaching in your student’s Kindergarten class! I am very excited for all of the learning, exploring, and fun we are going to have! I decided to become a teacher because I have a passion for learning and helping children learn the great things they are capable of!

In May I will receive a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Minor in English from Tarleton State University, a proud member of the Texas A&M University System. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing, riding my cutting horse, and spending time outdoors and at the lake! I also have a passion for traveling and was able to study abroad in Urbino, Italy.

I love technology and plan on incorporating a lot of it into my future classroom. I will actually be teaching Mrs. Ryan’s class how to use the DoInk iPad App which incorporates green screen technology with the learning your students are doing in the classroom!

This year will be filled with fun and exciting activities! I am looking forward to working with your student and encouraging them in developing a life-long love of learning!

Should you need to schedule an appointment at any time during the next 7 weeks, my conference period is from 12:00-12:40 PM Monday through Friday. My email address is sarah.titus@go.tarleton.edu and the school phone number is 817-305-4920. I am looking forward to meeting each one of you and am excited for a wonderful 7 weeks with your student!

Let’s have a fantastic semester! Go Texans!

Miss Titus
