EAT WELL PLATE
The eat well plate shows us how much of each food we should eat on a daily basis. like we should eat more fruit and vegtables then we should chrisps and chocolate.
APPLE JUICE
Instead of having a can of coke or a lemonade, you should try and have some fruit juice it is one of your 5 a-day and it sweet. and it keeeps you healthy.
FRUIT
You should also have 5 different pieces of fruit a day as it makes you stronger and you can grow but it also helps protect you agaisnt diseases. so you can live a healthy life style.
You should not only eat healthy but EXERCISE too if you exercise you will be able to fight against thing.
