IMPORTANT! Read Carefully

Biscotti means twice baked in italian. Take biscotti and place on middle rack for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. Take out and let cool for 15 minutes.

Comments/ Changes

The only change in my recipe was the substitute of chopped almonds instead of hazelnuts. The toasted hazelnuts were not available at the grocery store and I decided almonds would be the perfect substitute. If I were to make it again, I would replace the cranberries with white chocolate chips instead. Out of every ingredient, most people's least favorite was the cranberries. Taking them out without replacing them with another ingredient or flavoring may offset the entire recipe.
