Teacher Appreciation Week May 6th-10th
B- Bubble Gum (Blow your teacher away and bring them a pack of gum)
L- Letter (Let your teacher feel the love with a sweet note)
O- Office Supplies (Bring a colorful pen, sticky notes, or something else for for teachers)
O- Ooh Laa Laa (Let your teacher know how sweet they are with their favorite sweet treat)
M- Mix it Up (Wear your teachers favorite color...and maybe a gift card to their favorite restaurant)
STAAR Testing
***We got preliminary results for 5th and 8th grade and our students did great! Their scores increased as a grade level over 10% from last year! Way to go students and teachers!

May 16: SOCIAL STUDIES 8th Grade

*Please make sure your students are HERE and ON TIME on these days so they have plenty of time to complete their tests.

Attendance Goal
Here are the attendance averages for the last three weeks. We are overall at 96% which is still short of our 97% goal! Let's really work hard for the next three weeks to increase that attendance for an extra free dress day for everyone!
The following are grade level attendance percentages:
Kinder: 93%
First: 96%
Second: 97% (up 2%!)
Third: 97% (up 2%)
Fourth: 96%
Fifth: 97% (up 2%)
Sixth: 96% (up 2%)
Seventh: 97% (up2%)
Eighth: 96% (up 1%)
Ninth: 95% (up 2%)
Tenth: 95%
