Measles can spread through droplet transmission from the nose,and mouth of someone who is infected by the virus.In 192,measles became a notifiable disease in the United States, requiring United States healthcare providers and laboratories to report all diagnosed case.Measles can be presented with the MMR vaccine. One dose of MMR vaccine is about 93% effective at preventing measles if exposed to virus, and two doses are about 97% effective.
