Bi-Weekly Focus: Occlusion Grade of an Aneurysm, after Endovascular Treatment
Once the AN has been treated endovascularly, identify how the AN fills. Provide an occlusion grade and simple description. I use the four indicators listed, along with your description, for documentation of the aneurysm's occlusion grade on the STAR form.

- No Neck / No Fundus (Complete Occlusion)
- Partial Residual Neck (Some Neck)
- Residual Neck (All of the Neck)
- Any Fundus (Any of the bubble)

In January, I will share this year's number of treated aneurysms. I will break it down by month showing: microvascular cases, endovascular cases, and cases with both; along with the mortality rates for each month. Yearly numbers will be provided with a comparison from last year.
