Join us on Monday, May 11th as we CELEBRATE the ARTS at Pope Elementary. The Art Show begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 7:30 PM. Every student will have a piece of art displayed somewhere in our beautiful building. In addition, our fabulous choir will be performing at 6:30 PM.


Dear Parents,

Spring is here and so is Pope’s Spring Book Fair! Time to start stocking up on great “summer reads”! This fundraiser helps provide funds for new books, author/speaker presentations, reading incentive rewards and many other special library activities for our students.

While shopping, remember that books make a great end-of-year THANK YOU gift for your child’s teacher and they appreciate the help in building their classroom libraries. As classroom books are purchased, families will be given a book plate to sign and place in the front of the book/books. What a great gift for both our teachers and our students!

Thank you for your support of this special event. It is exciting to see the children “explore” new books!

Book Fair Schedule

Monday, May 11th

8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Book Fair open for purchasing. (Evening shopping)

Tuesday, May 12th

8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Book Fair open for purchasing.

Wednesday, May 13th

8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Book Fair open for purchasing.

Thursday, May 14th

8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Book Fair open for purchasing

Friday, May 15th

8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Book Fair closes at noon.

*Parents, if you would like to shop with your child, we encourage you to come at your child’s lunch time or on Monday evening. Parents will not be allowed to pull students during classroom instruction. Money may be sent on any day with students and volunteers will be available to assist with purchases. Please send money in an envelope marked Book Fair.

Please remember to include 8.25% sales tax when sending money with your child.
