The Tundra is located in the Artic circle and it ranges a little further than just the circle.

The climate in the tundra can be very cold and harsh in the winter with temperatures around zero degrees Fahrenheit. In the summer it it much different for the parts that aren't near artic because they can get to 50 degrees in the summer.

Plants and Animals

Some of the animals that live in the tundra are caribou (reindeer), musk ox, arctic hare, arctic fox, snowy owl, lemmings, and polar bears only near ocean-fed bodies of water

Here is some of the vegetation but all of it goes doormat in the winter and can only be found in the summer, arctic tundra, alpine tundra, and Antarctic tundra. In tundra, the vegetation is composed of dwarf shrubs, sedges and grasses, mosses, and lichens. Scattered trees grow in some tundra region
