What you need to do

Through every child's lifetime, they do some sort of activity that helps build strong bones and muscle. For a younger child, they don't do any type of weight lifting. These children do most of their activities running, going on the playground and climbing trees.

Through an adolescent teen's life, they have classes and perform in activities that help their body. In high school and maybe in younger schools, they have weight classes, and participate in activities. These are mainly sports like football, gymnastics, basketball, volleyball, and other varying sports. These activities help an older teen gain muscle and build strong bones
