FREE group exercise class for Utilities employees

Sixty minutes that will invigorate and inspire you!

Certified group ex instructor Jaclyn Braspenninx presents two free, one-hour group workouts just for Utilities employees! The class includes 20 minutes of light cardiovascular exercise, 20 minutes of stretching, and 20 minutes of body weight strength exercises. All the exercises can be modified to work for anyone of any fitness level.

Participation in these classes is free for City of Bloomington Utilities employees, and registration is not required. Light cardiovascular exercise might include walking (outside, if weather permits) or cardio circuits: alternating 30-60 seconds of marching, jogging, jumping jacks, etc. Body weight strength exercises may include pushups, squats, lunges, planks, and bridges.
