PTO Corner
Wow! What an incredible week of Penny Wars! Huge thank you, to Allison E for putting together a phenomenal event! Together our classes raised $4,000.00 to put towards new playground equipment that is inclusive for all students.
It was fun to watch the kids hauling in those pennies and dollar bills and throwing in a little extra competition with those silver coin deductions.
Thank you so much for your continued support in helping to make Hillcrest Elementary such a wonderful school for our students!
Also, huge thank you, to Megan H for planning a fantastic Skateland night on Thursday, February 1st. This was our highest grossing Skateland event yet!
Finally, watch out for an email next week regarding Week of Gratitude and the SignUp Genius for parent involvement.
WEEK OF GRATITUDE-A Celebration of our Hillcrest Community is just around the corner March 4-8th. While our PTO is hard at work planning, we need some help from parents and families. Each classroom will offer a themed basket to be raffled off at our Spaghetti dinner on March 8th ending our week of celebration. This night is full of fun, games, food, raffles and auctions and above all
community. We need your generous donations to fill our classroom baskets! Please consider if you are able to donate items by March 1st that go with the theme for your grade level and send into school with your child or drop off. Below are the following themed classroom baskets by grade level.
