The Keller Independent School District is crafting a vision for its future, and we want your input to help drive that process.
Keller ISD has initiated a visioning process that will be built on the community’s input, as the District actively listens to the ways in which the community wants to frame the future of education in our community. This process will consist of public forums, one-on-one interviews with stakeholders, a district-wide visioning questionnaire, and various workshops.
By May 2018, the District hopes to have defined set of core strategies in place that the KISD Board of Trustees can consider for approval.
The first opportunity to get involved will be at a series of Education Summits in October. Each Summit will take place at a different high school, but anyone is welcome to attend any of the events:
- 6-8 p.m. Monday, October 9, 2017 | Fossil Ridge HS Cafeteria
- 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2017 | Timber Creek HS Cafeteria
- 6-8 p.m. Monday, October 16, 2017 | Central HS Cafeteria
- 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 17, 2017 | Keller HS Cafeteria
We hope you will plan to attend one of these events to learn more about the District’s Visioning process and to provide your feedback.
