A friendly reminder to please pay your marching band fees.

Please pay your marching band fees if you have not already done so. It is important that these fees get collected so that our directors can purchase music, hire clinicians, repair instruments, and many other areas that benefit your student directly. If you are behind schedule and need to work out a payment plan, or if you have a financial need, please see Mr. Newman, Ms. Phillips, or Mr. Fair. Alternatively, you can also contact Catalina Correa directly at catalmco@gmail.com. Thanks for your help in getting these fees turned in.

Volunteer Opportunities

Did you know that the Band's biggest source of income is concession sales at the football games? This is why WE NEED YOU. Please plan to take several shifts in the concession stand or help out with pit crew at the home football games. This is a great way to connect with other parents and participate in your child's interests. Come join the fun! The August sign up link is here:


Also, help is still needed in taking equipment to and from the field at practice. We need 3 volunteers at each rehearsal. Get your steps in while the band rehearses! Please click below to sign up. Currently both slots for this week are vacant.


Finally, if you are interested in another volunteer position - Co-Fundraising, Volunteer Coordinator, or part of Concessions as Food Shopper (for home games), please reach out to melialesko@yahoo.com.

Gift Card Program that benefits your student account!

Earn money for your student's band account by purchasing Publix and Ingles gift cards, or Scrip cards!

The deadline for ordering physical Scrip gift cards from shopwithScrip.com is 8pm, Monday, September 6 for delivery at the September 13th Band Booster meeting.

Publix and Ingles cards will be available for purchase in $25, $50, $100, and $200 denominations, in addition to a small selection of other Scrip cards, such as Arby's, Barnes and Noble, Chipotle, CVS, and Ulta.

Pickup/purchase before the band meeting at 7:00 pm (meeting is at 7:30).

Payment must be made by cash or check.

New to the gift card program? Or perhaps not new but have questions about it? Join Kathy on a zoom info session where you can ask questions on Monday August 23 at 7:30pm. Zoom code to be forthcoming.

Do you have the BAND app yet?

If you have not had an opportunity to download the BAND app please do so. Please click https://band.us/n/aead56K2I98aY and band with us. On the app, you can see posts from directors and parents, ask questions, and share info and pictures. This will be where marching band notifications will happen for parents (I.E. When are the kids getting home from an away game? Volunteer opportunities? How do I access charms?). Photos from Band Camp have been posted here.
