New Beginnings
Moriah attended a conference this past week including a breakout session on self-care. They discussed the practice of gratitude whether that be journaling or a gratitude partner, someone you text things you are grateful for daily, and how some have experienced an overall more positive outlook on life. These are difficult times, but we challenge you to take a minute and find 1-3 things that you are grateful for each day at the beginning or the end! Write them down, just think about them, or text them to a friend. Coping skills are not one size fits all, but hopefully this simple practice could be helpful. We are here to support you!
Have a wonderful next few weeks and stay safe,
Moriah, Tracy, and Lisa
