New Year's Resolutions Solutions

A few days ago, many of us made resolutions to improve our personal wellness in 2017.

Did you know that your health plan can help offset some of the costs associated with your resolutions?

Ready to participate? Be sure to choose a program that is eligible for reimbursement. Under each program header below you'll find a link to the full details on that program's criteria and requirements for reimbursements. Fitness . . . get up to $150 back when you join an eligible gym and work out regularly.

Weight Management . . . get up to $150 back when you participate in an approved weight management program.

Tobacco Cessation . . . get up to $150 back when you complete an approved program to help you quit using tobacco.

This month we have some excellent resources to share with you. The "Live Well, Work Well" newsletter published by The Reschini Group (our benefits broker) includes information about making our resolutions SMART goals and how fruits and vegetables can help to prevent disease.


Effective January 1, 2017, the Avon Grove School District has implemented a new application system for all open positions. Our postings now direct candidates to apply for vacancies on Frontline Education's Applitrak system. Along with helping us to have a "green" hiring process, this new system will be more user-friendly for all.
