Baked snapper fillets with a herbed garlic crust, served over leek fondue, roasted grated potatoes, buttered vegetables and aerated soya sauce. RM 20

Hazelnut flavoured home made ice-cream, with chocolate foam, white chocolate salted ganache and hazelnut tuile. RM 10
