Teams Mobile App for Principals

Teams has extended their app to include a Principal Login. This Principal Menu includes:

  1. Attendance not posted for today

  2. Unfilled substitute jobs for today and tomorrow

  3. Student information for enrolled students in the current fiscal year; Attendance, Report Cards, Schedule, Discipline, and contact information.

Getting Started

  1. On your tablet or smartphone, go to the App Store

  2. In the Search box, type Teams Mobile

  3. Tap Search

  4. Tap Install next to the Teams Mobile, Prologic Technology app.

  5. From the District Drop down, select Goose Creek CISD

  6. Under Account Type, tap Principal

  7. Type in your district User ID and Password. (the User ID and password you use to log into your computer.

  8. Tap Login

Note:

Principal Mobile supports Apple products running iOS 5 or later on iPhone, iPad, or iPad Touch; Android devices running version 3 or newer on smartphones or tablets; Windows Phone 8 or newer; and Safari or Chrome Web browsers.

Principal Menu

  1. Attendance Not Posted: Includes Class Period, Course, Section, Course Description, and Teacher name.

  2. Student Search: Search by last name, first name or Local ID. Once a student is selected, you can view Attendance, Report Cards, Schedule, Discipline, and Contact information.

  3. All Sub Jobs: View Sub Jobs for the current day and tomorrow including Substitute Job Number, Employee Number and Location.

  4. Unfilled Sub Jobs: View Unfilled Sub Jobs for the current day and tomorrow including Substitute Job Number, Employee Name, Absence Reason, Absence Status, Absence Hours, Start Date, End Date, Role, Location, Date Created, Whether notes are saved for the absence
