Colt Round Up
August 19, 2018
"And suddenly you just know it's time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings." - Meister Eckhart
With Appreciation:
- It's always a great day to be a Colt, but this week, it's also a PROUD day - we have such a wonderful team! Thank you for opening your classrooms/spaces, hearts, and minds to our students and their families!
- Big kudos to Arty and Pam S. for all of their help getting our newest staff members "on board!" Way to model the Colt Way!
- Pam C., we thank you for taking initiative to make some signage for our parking loop to manage the crazy!
- We appreciate Karla for volunteering to help our primary teachers with their initial assessments!
- Our custodial team rocks - on example - Mrs. Botonis wants to acknowledge Rob for his initiative in contact Lincoln PD and the glass company after realizing her window had been broken. Arty went above and beyond and cleaned my back patio (which was a mess/dirty from all of the birds). This is a hectic time of year and I appreciate all they've done.
- Our food service team has served up lunch with a smile even as our the online system that manages student accounts was acting up - way to support our students and their families!
- Our campus supervisor team has made some big shifts in our lunch rotation - way to persevere through tough transitions!
- Big thanks to Michelle C. and Shannon V. for their support in the office and lunch room as we navigate Tricia's absence - we miss you Tricia, but we are grateful that our team is willing to step in to keep things moving!
- Pam S. is amazing - from enrollments to POs, she is an enigma - thank you for all of your work this summer and fall to ensure we had a smooth start to the year!
