Coming to West End
Thanks to Parnassus Books, author Linda Williams Jackson, is coming to West End on Thursday, March 30th to speak during PLT about her book, Midnight Without a Moon, the story of a young African American girl in Mississippi during the summer of 1955 when Emmitt Till's murderers were unjustly acquitted.
To purchase a copy of Midnight Without a Moon to be signed by the author before her visit a request form must be filled out along with cash or a check and turned in to the library by March 28th. Copies of the request form will be delivered to Tier 1 and Enrichment classes during PLT or you may request extras from me.

How to put in a Helpstar ticket
- Go to http://helpstar.mnps.org/hsPages/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fhsPages%2fRB_Home.aspx (I recommend putting this on your desktop)
- use your MNPS credentials to log in
- Click New Service Request
- Click the arrow and choose which service request you want (hardware and software are the most common)
- Choose Category and select a category from the drop down menu
- Type in your Request Title
- Give an explanation of the request under Memo
- Click on User Define Fields
- Go back to the Main page
- Save
