A Message from Ms. Lilly
RNE Newsletter November 30, 2017
The Principal's Office
I hope everyone had a wonderful week off filled with family and fun! I feeling like the school year just started and I can't believe we are almost at the half way point for the 2017-2018 year.
Today we had our monthly evacuation (fire) drill. We had the building clear in 3:38 and all students accounted for in 5:30! This was a fantastic time!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Best,
Maureen

Share the Love
This year's Share The Love campaign went to Make A Wish Georgia. Thank you to everyone who contributed and participated.
RNE,
Thank you Roswell North Elementary students for your generous donation of toys!! YOU are making wishes extra special for kids who are waiting for their wish to come true. At Make-A-Wish Georgia, we grant wishes for children battling critical illnesses. Our kids can go somewhere, meet a celebrity, have something they’ve always wanted or be someone! Our number one wish is to go to Disney World. Thanks to you, our wish kids can go dressed as superheroes and princesses!
For wishes,
Jaylie Welch

Reflections Arts Recognition Program
The Reflections Arts Recognition Program is a national arts recognition and achievement program for students. It provides an excellent opportunity for students to unleash their creative talents and be inspired, express themselves imaginatively in their artwork, experience the joy and fun of making art, tap into critical thinking skills to create art inspired by the annual theme and receive positive recognition for their original works of art. “WITHIN REACH” is the theme for this year.
RNE is proud to announce our six participants whose works went on to the North Fulton Council level! Luca Pellegri (2nd grade), Aurora Laucella (3rd grade), Stella Laucella (5th grade) and Katie Baskin (5th grade) entered visual arts pieces. Julie and Anna Melhuish (2nd grade) entered literature pieces. Congratulations to these students!
