We have had new developments! Beginning tomorrow, we will have limited staff on campus. "Essential" (we are all essential) staff only will be allowed on campus on Tuesdays from 11-5. This includes our admin, Carrie, Kelly, Michael B. and our Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager (TBA!). Ms. M will be handling our phones moving forward, remotely. For our admin, please see a corrected schedule towards the bottom of this newsletter.
Tech Support and Device Checkout
All hardware and software support will be conducted via telephone, e-mail, and/or live chat after today. Tech Services staff will continue to support computer transfers to schools when needed, but after this week, such transfers will only occur by scheduled appointment on Tuesdays. Requests for technology help should be sent through a help ticket.
If you have a student who needs technology at anytime, please have them call 246-3000 for an appointment which will be scheduled on Tuesday, April 7 at 1:00.
If you have a student who has no internet, please connect them with Mrs. Hoxie.
Pay Continues for all
- The District’s intention is to pay regular full and part-time employees for the rest of their contracted work year. In addition, the same special leave rules that were communicated by HREQ earlier this week will remain in place for employees who are unable to report to work.
