HONOR A TCPS TEACHER with a donation to the Education Foundation

Big picture
Teachers give us so much: a boost of confidence when we really need one; extra help when we’re having trouble; or a welcoming presence when everything else seems out of control. Although we know we can never thank them enough, we can take a moment during National Teacher Appreciation Week to honor the special educators in our lives.

The TCPS Education Foundation Honor A Teacher program is a way to say “Thank You” to teachers and/or other TCPS staff who have a positive impact on student's education and school experience. Your gift will help support the Education Foundation's Grants for Teachers program. When you make a gift through this program, your honoree will receive a special certificate explaining why he or she is being recognized and we will celebrate it through TCPS social media.

It’s easy, just click this link for instructions: https://tcpsforms.org/view.php?id=36574.

You will be redirected to the Mid-Shore Community Foundation website to make your donation online.

If you have any questions please contact Debbie Gardner at dgardner@talbotschools.org. Thank you for honoring our teachers and supporting enrichment in Talbot County Public Schools!

Bullying and cyberbullying, harassment and intimidation, hazing, and/or bias behaviors are unsafe behaviors that do not reflect respect for others as defined by Policy 10.16 on STUDENT CONDUCT – BULLYING, HARASSMENT OR INTIMIDATION . If a student is a target of one of these behaviors, you can report it using the Bullying, Harassment, or Intimidation Reporting Form (linked below).

The form is also available at all schools, in the main office and the school’s counseling office. Students can also report issues directly to a staff member. When a situation that involves any of these behaviors is reported, staff members will respond quickly and will provide a practical, private, and safe place to report.
