Coping Skills and Stress Management
Students will be learning coping and stress management skills during their guidance lessons this month
Using Your 5 Senses
- At that moment, students can find:
- 5 things they can see.
- 4 things they can feel.
- 3 things they can hear.
- 2 things they can smell.
- 1 thing they can taste.
Triangle Breathing
Place your finger on the “Start Here”. Follow the triangle line up- breathing in, hold for 3 seconds, and breathe out.
We encourage students to do this 3 times.
Find Your Color
- For younger students( like finding your 5 senses).
- The student will think of their favorite color and find everything around them with that color.
