Greetings Aspire Families:

Upcoming events: We are looking forward to seeing our families at Pizza with the Principal this Tuesday evening at the Peter Piper Pizza (7525 W. Bell Road) from 4:00-8:00! Mrs. Amara and Dr. Victor will be there from 5:00-6:00. Come join the fun and see other Aspire students and families! This Wednesday is our next PTSA general meeting. Considering joining? State Testing: Please note that this semester is state testing season,; mark your calendars to ensure that you are prepared and ready to attend required in person state assessments.

Tax Credit Donation: Please consider making your school tax credit donation to Aspire. Funds will be used to support and help grow our clubs, speakers, and field trips. See flyer below or call Aspire for details.

Yearbooks are on sale now! $22 on January 1st. Details are below. Senior Pictures: Information on Senior photos will be provided after Winter Break

Thank you to our volunteers from Starbucks for participating in Aspire's Day of Service. This was a hybrid event so students were able to participate in person on virtually on Zoom. Students listened to stories, created crafts, and much more!

• K-12 teachers reviewed data from the State Assessments, and are beginning to plan targeted intervention as our Spring State testing windows approach!

• Congratulations to the winners from the December drawing: Christian (grade 1) and Brianna (grade 7)! Dr. Victor delivered lunch to them this week!

K-6 teachers will begin recording and posting lessons in their Canvas courses. This will provide additional opportunities for students to be able to view or review learning. Several teachers have been doing this process all school year. Going forward, all of our students will be able to have access to this additional learning tool.

• Middle School Students - make sure to pick up Math materials for Q3 if you have not done so yet!

The Learning Lab opened this week! It was great to meet with 9-12 students and support their learning!

The Learning Lab is open every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2-6pm
