Gather on Zoom Tuesday, November 10 at 6:00 p.m. for our second virtual NRCO meeting of the year. We will hear an update from Principal Arbow and learn more about Wonder Wednesdays, volunteer needs, and upcoming plans for the Season of Giving. We still need Classroom Liaisons! Do you see your teacher’s name here? If so, they still need help:
Davenport, Miller, Shaw, Burk, Otter, Woollum, Burnett, Allan, Minnieweather, Scribner, Adair, and Gittings
This will not be a huge time commitment and we will host additional trainings to support you. It is a tangible way we can make life easier for our teachers. If we all work together we can do great things! Please sign up as a Classroom Liaison on MyImpactPage.com.

THE NANCY RYLES GREAT DEBATE - DECEMBER EDITION
What do you think? Should kids have to go to online school if there's snow? Yes? Or No?
If you want, you can upload a short (15 - 30 second) video explaining why your choice is the best choice! We will choose a few at random videos to be included in the final results during the December Assembly!
Watch the video below for more details!
Did you have time to check out our new Wonder Wednesday Virtual Classroom here this week? As a reminder, these activities are completely optional and designed to be a fun way to supplement volunteer projects we used to do in person (Art, STEM, Culture). November will be focused on Art Literacy and creating Art with Lines. Some beautiful art has already been created and posted, so check it out when you have time!
If the Virtual Classroom is a little confusing how to utilize, you can check out this more linear way to interact with this month’s project here. Enjoy!
SAVE THE DATE -- SCHOOL PICTURE DAY IS DECEMBER 3
We will send out a link for you to schedule your picture time as well as pricing information.
You will bring your student to the front door of the school a few minutes before your scheduled time. The student will use hand sanitizer as they enter the building. A staff member will direct them to the gym. The parent will walk around back and meet their student at the exterior gym doors.
Students will be required to wear masks until they get to the photo station. Parents are asked to wear masks and social distance while they are outside.
MAKE YOUR FAVORITE MEAL DAY CHALLENGE
We would like to celebrate by inviting you to participate by sending in a 30 second or less video AND a photo of your family making a favorite meal. We will randomly choose videos and photos to share at our next school assembly on December 9!
If you would like to participate, please send your video and photo by November 18 to Mr. Chung at: firstname.lastname@example.org Thank you for participating!
