There will be a quiz on Friday over grammar and vocabulary. Our root word this week is "mech" meaning machine.

Science
Last week we finished a Science Concepts Rotation Lab. The students worked in groups to complete six stations that focused on: Scientific Method, liquid and solid measurement, reading and interpreting data, and predicting outcomes. This lab also focused on students working together as a group as well as reading and following written instructions.
We also worked to answer the questions: What do all living things have in common? What do all living things need to live? What is the smallest unit of a living thing? This work will continue this week.
