Attention Seniors heading to College/University: Mid-Term Grades Requests (Mid Year Transcripts)

It is that time of year where Mid-Year grades/Transcripts are being requested by your College/University choices. Seniors need to request these grades to be sent on to your colleges/universities of choice. They do not automatically get sent.


  • Sign into your Naviance account
  • Click on Colleges Tab in the Home Row
  • Apply to College: Click Manage Transcripts
  • Click the Red Plus sign and choose College Application Transcript
  • Choose Midyear
  • Choose the colleges you want to send the transcript to
  • Click Done
  • Click Request and Finish

**1st Semester (Quarter 2 ends January 28th). The Mid Year Transcripts students request to be sent are submitted in early February (After the 2nd Quarter ends).

Rep visits have slowed down BUT keep checking back to see who

A Few Scholarships to note...

Mensa US Scholarship:

Applicants must be enrolled in a degree program in an accredited U.S. institution of higher learning during the academic year following the application date.
Applicants must submit an application and essay explaining his or her career, academic and/or vocational goals.
Applicants have to write an essay of not more than 550 words explaining their career, academic and/or vocational goals and how they plan to achieve those goals.

ULTATEL Scholarship:

To be eligible for the scholarship must be pursuing a degree of Mass Communications, Dev Communications, Information Systems, Software Development, Web Development, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Management and Technology. Write a 500-word essay explaining how communication has changed over the years in response to advancements in technology, and why good communication is essential in every business. Finally, identify at least 3 problems in communication that technology can solve.

KPMG Future Leaders Program:

The KPMG Future Leaders Program will award 22 deserving high school female seniors:
*A scholarship of $10,000 per year for 4 years of college
*A pairing with an executive woman mentor for one-year
*A leadership development retreat and ongoing KPMG support

WNY Safety Conference:

The Board of the Western New York Safety Conference is offering the Annual Occupational Safety & Health scholarship of up to $1,500 to qualified high school students. Applicants are required to be at least high school senior level attending college in the fall and Western New York residents. A typed essay of at least 400-500 words is required and should reflect your understanding of the importance of occupational safety & health. What the far-reaching impact laws and standards protecting workers have had on society and/or your chosen career path.

Debbie Taussig Compassion Scholarship:

Debbie Taussig Law, LLC, is proud to announce a scholarship to assist people who believe in moving through their life with compassion. In 750-1,000 words, tell us about a time where you showed compassion toward someone and what life lesson you learned through this exchange. The winner of this award will receive a $1,000 scholarship. Examples can include community service work, school leadership positions or any other expression of compassion with those around you.
