Berry Creek Improvements
Keep your eyes open for these improvements:
- The treadmills and elliptical machines have been serviced. The TV in clubhouse is currently not working and we are working to replace it soon.
- Trees will be planted near the entrance and the playground after December 1.
- The outdoor bathrooms at the clubhouse have been winterized. The men's bathroom is closed for the season. All residents can use the women's bathroom this winter. Please contact a board member if you notice any issues with the bathroom.

Neighborhood Thanks!
Our Berry Creek Halloween party was a success! We had approximately 30 kids come to participate in the parade and games. We'd like to extend a big THANK YOU to the following residents who helped the Social Committee with the party, either by donating items or their time! Thank you to Brandon & Starla Halcomb, Nancy Cooper, Zac Arens, Julie Arens, David & Cathy Conway, Angela Spencer, Madeline Goddard, Don & Jan Hansen, Ondina Sevilla & Jose Sagarnaga, and all the families that came!

Christmas is Coming!
Have you seen the clubhouse? Thank you to a wonderful group of neighborhood residents who spent some time this week decorating it for Christmas!
The neighborhood winter party will be held FRIDAY, DECEMBER 14 TBD. At this time, we are still planning the evening's events.

It's getting to be a busy time of year around Berry Creek! Please mark your calendar for these upcoming neighborhood events. More details to come!
- December 1: Invoices mailed for 2019 HOA dues
- December 1: Proposed Covenant and Bylaws available on HOA website for resident review
- December 14 TBD: Berry Creek Winter Party at the clubhouse
- January 1: HOA dues are due
- January 12 from 9-11 AM: Come and go informational meeting at the clubhouse to discuss Covenants and Bylaws.
- January 14 from 6-7 PM: Come and go informational meeting at the clubhouse to discuss Covenants and Bylaws.
- January 28 from 6-7 PM: Voting at the clubhouse for new Covenants and Bylaws
- March 1: $50 late fee assessed on unpaid HOA dues
