I am a sole proprietorship, and I sell home-made, all-natural dog biscuits with no preservatives.
I am a sole proprietorship because I founded and own the business by myself. It's to my advantage to be a sole proprietor because I receive all my profit, have full control of decisions, and am not required to pay special business taxes. However, disadvantages include unlimited personal liability, limited access to resources, and will only be in business as long as I am able to run it.
I sell 3 different sizes of dog biscuits. The small biscuits are $4.00 for a bag of 40. The medium are $4.00 for a bag of 30. The large are $5.00 for a bag of 20.
