Please join the Allegheny Intermediate Unit's Training and Consultation Team (TaC) for this virtual training series.
Check-In/Check-Out (CICO) is a Tier II, evidence-based, behavioral intervention designed to support students by providing more frequent instruction regarding expected behavior, increasing structured contact between students and adults in school, providing a formal mechanism for students to receive feedback on their behavior, and increasing opportunities for reinforcement contingent on expected behavior. This session will provide SWPBIS teams the necessary knowledge and skills to implement CICO within their buildings and when teaching students in a virtual or hybrid format.
Intended Audience: Administrators, PBIS team members, and general and special education teachers that may be serving as CICO mentors
Educators who work for LEAs in the AIU3 region will have priority registration.
