Fan Club, Celebrations and Birthdays!
Fan Club:
- From Tracy: I want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Anthony Tretolo and my amazing Elementary Math Team, Bridget Lovelle, Sarah Svendsen, and Tracey Nettler. No matter what feedback or concern comes our way in the transition to Distance Learning, this amazing group of educators is ready to collaborate and problem solve day, night, and even through Spring Break! I cannot thank the four of you enough. Our Pasco schools, parents, and students are so lucky to have you! I am truly blessed to work with each of you every day!!!
- From Tressa Lima to Anthony Tretolo: I honestly don’t think he sleeps at night. He is super responsive to emails, texts, calls, and takes all of the heated emails we’ve received with stride and grace. If I am getting 50 emails in an hour, I can only imagine how many emails he gets within the hour. Although I am not a super user of Canvas, I have learned a lot through trial and error and appreciate his patience with this learning curve. I truly can’t thank him enough. I am so thankful for his guidance and support as we are troubleshooting both ELA and elective issues. Thank you, Anthony!
- From Kelly McCormick: Damien Cabrera, Raul Gonzalez: I’m so grateful to have them on my team. We have come together as a stronger team to develop structures and supports for our FHS Falcon Family. Without them, I would be struggling to manage all stakeholders needs. They both demonstrate the mindset needed to build strong systems for FHS.
- From Kelly McCormick: Iravonia Abiola-So grateful to have her as a sounding board, a person to provided feedbacks on ideas, designs and relationship building. She is my go to for all the things, she is always there to provide support and re-framing when needed to keep my eye on the right work and helping me to grow.
- From Lesley: I am so thankful for such an amazing team of people to work with in Science. While we have been busy, we have found the time to connect as a team, problem solved to maximize our time, thought ahead to plan for possible obstacles and jumped in to help each other across K-12 Science. It’s awesome to be able to discuss and identify solutions in 3rd grade Science, 7th grade Science and HS Biology in a single call with consistent structures. I feel lucky to work beside Mark Butler, Jessica Maxwell and Amy Seese.

Updated Board Meeting Dates and Deadline
Important updates due to the statewide "stay at home order"
Administrators, RMAs, and Office Staff – These individuals should now be working from home to the maximum extent possible. For our staff this means continuing the working from home routine we have established. Please limit any trips to the office to those only necessary.
On Tuesdays OLL staff may come into the office to get items they may need but we are asking that you use this sign up sheet if you are planning to stop by so that we adhere to CDC guidelines.
Mail Services – Mail services are being suspended, and a hold is being placed on all school and District mail delivery through the end of the month. The Post Office may attempt to deliver daily mail if they notice employees on campus on Tuesdays.
Staff Travel – All employee travel out-of-District for work purposes is being suspended through June 30, 2020. Any staff member needing to travel within the county and/or to their worksite for essential work purposes should have their District badge with them.
Pay and Leaves – None of these changes impact the District’s intention to pay regular full and part-time employees for the rest of their contracted work year. In addition, the same special leave rules that were communicated by HREQ earlier this week will remain in place for employees who are unable to report to work.
Purchases - IMPORTANT ALL PCARDS SUSPENDED
All P-Cards have been suspended. ALL purchases, including Grants, will need to be approved by the Assistant Superintendents and will be done using a Requisition and/or Purchase Request. Please communicate with your direct supervisor about any purchases that you may need to make.
