Enrollment for the 2021/2022 Virtual School Year

MSD of Warren Township will continue to offer a virtual learning option for the 2021-2022 school year. Enrollment in the 2021-2022 K-8 Virtual / 9-12 Online Learning Program is limited to a select number of students, and an application is required. Families who wish to participate are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

Hurry, spots are filling up fast for Summer School !!!!

Spots are filling quickly! Grades K-5 are full and closed for enrollment. Grades 6 thru 8 still have limited spots available!

Summer School 2021

Summer School Registration for students who are currently in Kindergarten through 8th grade is now open. Summer School for current Kindergarten through 3rd grade students will be held at both Lakeside and Liberty Park Elementary, and current 4th through 8th graders will attend at Raymond Park. Spots are filling quickly! 1st and 6th grade are currently at capacity and closed for enrollment. All other grade levels have limited spots available!

Summer School will provide extended learning opportunities for Reading and Math as well as engaging project based enrichment sessions for students in all grade levels.

Summer school will take place from Monday, June 7th through Friday June 18th from 8:30am to 12:00pm each day. Breakfast, lunch, and transportation will be provided. We are excited to offer this opportunity for no fee.

If your child currently attends a Warren Township school, you do not need to complete online enrollment. Current students who live within Warren Township boundary will be registered automatically for the next school year.

REMINDER: 4th Quarter VLA BOOKS

All VLA students can now pick up their 4th quarter MATH BOOKS here at school between the hours of 8 A.M. & 3:30 P.M.

K-4 At-Home Summer Learning Parent/Caregiver Guide

  • At-Home Summer Learning resources, which are familiar to your student, are now available to encourage students to engage in learning activities to enhance their skills for next school year, all summer long!

P-EBT Card

All Warren Township Schools will participate and provide the necessary data to the Division of Family Resources for the 3rd round of the Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT). I've attached P-EBT flyers that reflect the new English and Spanish (***Note: The FSSA flyers direct families to contact their school with questions). Bus Safety Reminders  Students are not permitted to run after the bus for any reason. If your child leaves an item on the bus, he or she will retrieve it the next day. If your child misses the bus, they should return home and notify you immediately.  Feel free to call our front office if you need additional assistance. Thanks in advance for assisting your child’s bus driver with keeping every child safe.

Tech Support

We are expanding our technology help desk hours at Moorhead Community Resource Center! Our new hours will be Monday-Friday from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. K-4 VIRTUAL students with iPad issues should be brought here. Chromebooks can still be brought to any of the three Intermediate Middle Schools during school hours, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday,, or the Chromedesk at the High School during 1st and 2nd period, Monday - Friday. If you cannot access the above times and locations for some reason, you can also submit a help ticket through IncidentIQ here.

Help for Virtual Learning

If you have any technology needs, you can access one of the following supports:

  • Technology Help Desk at Moorhead Community Resource Center from 11:00 - 1:00, Monday - Friday. iPad concerns should be directed here.

  • Submit a help ticket through IncidentIQ by clicking on Technology under the Explore Tab and then select Parent Tech Info.
