PTA Member Benefit: Access the 2020-2021 School Directory
All current PTA members can now access the 2020-2021 school directory via Directory Spot.
Virtual Academy families can also access the VA directory through Directory Spot. To switch between viewing the Madison directory and the VA directory, use the Directories tab.
What Is Directory Spot?
This is our school-wide directory that you can access via the Directory Spot mobile app or website. You can look up contact information for every student and staff member at Madison, see which students are in every class and even view the school calendar. If your child wants to get together with a new friend, you can easily find their contact info in Directory Spot.
It’s not too late to join the PTA and get access to this great resource!

Madison Cares: October Service Highlight
ALL IN THIS TOGETHER IN OUR COMMUNITY:
This year with the unique school environment, in place of in-classroom projects, Madison Cares will be challenging students to take opportunities to help in the community in other ways!
Each month, we will highlight a local service organization or volunteer opportunity and how students can take part, both during COVID-19 and after. These monthly highlights are for awareness purposes - kids and their families may give back to the community in any way they choose!
OCTOBER SERVICE HIGHLIGHT:
Start simple! Find small ways to help a neighbor:
Rake leaves
Cook a meal
Make a card
Run an errand
Bring in mail
Spending time together - read a book/play a game (socially distanced as needed)
Shovel sidewalks
Ask how you can be of help!
Reach out to our local People’s Resource Center for more ways to support your neighbors: peoplesrc.org

The Stuff-a-Truck event supporting People’s Resource Center was October 23rd - thank you for sending in your non-perishable donations!

Madison families, we need your help! Throughout the year, please share photos so we can fill the yearbook with smiling faces and show the world how Madison is STRONGER TOGETHER!
- Halloween Fun - Share your photos from Spirit Week - theme days or your child with their personalized water bottle.
- VA families can help too! Show us a day in the life of e-learning – saying the Pledge of Allegiance, studying in learning pods, doing PE, art and music. As long as it’s school related, submit it!
Share your photos on Facebook or via email to yearbook@madisonschoolpta.org.
(Madison students only, please – no siblings.)
