Self Care Challenge
A simple approach to practicing self-care
This is a week-by-week roadmap offering suggestions for self-care in 5 unique categories. You can do one activity per day or combine these activities for a more thorough self-care experience. This is a self-guided program. The goal is for each participant to do the activities recommended or choose their own activity from the categories listed below. The goal is to complete at least one item from each category every week for four weeks.

Detox
Talk a mindful walk outside. Leave smart devices at home and take a stroll in the neighborhood or at your local trail. Engage all your senses to what is happing around you. Notice what stands out.
Declutter
Plan a garage sale and make a space for items you’d like to part ways with.
