All female employees of MidAmerica Nazarene University are invited to participate in a 12-week research study to learn about nutrition, exercise, and other aspects of heart and brain health. You can learn skills to take charge of your personal health and for your family.

Educational and support group sessions will be held on November 11th, December 9th, January 6th and February 3rd at 10 a.m. and will last for one hour.
