Twelfth Night Feste Analysis
Feste In "Twelfth Night"
Identity
Feste or also know as "The Fool" is one of the smartest characters in "Twelfth Night". Feste would be able to get himself out of any situations no matter what. Feste also likes to take his own short routes if someone assigns something to him, whatever gets the assignment done faster. Feste purpose in the play is for entertainment, but also has a bigger purpose than that. Feste brings reality to other people in the play. Feste is a very smart, and clever character. A quote I chose for Feste is
I view myself as a smart, determined, and cautious person. In school I'm an athlete and a student. I work hard for my good grades and also work hard for my good results as an athlete. In my family I'm the oldest of four siblings, my parents and siblings also go to me for help for anything. I am also the one who is asked to do everything around the house. In society I think of myself as a helper, I like to help people learn ways to get to a goal the want to get to. "Something deep into my character allows me to take the hard hits, and get on with trying to win" - Lionel Messi
